	During the first two years residence our dedicated maintenance man will be on hand to resolve maintenance items as and when they may occur. We also carry out a maintenance inspection six months after initial occupation to pick up any items that arise as residents begin to enjoy their new homes. In addition to the above all our homes are fully guaranteed by the 10 year warranty and for added peace of mind you will be pleased to know that we also employ Local Authority Building Control Inspectors.
